DeBounce Alternatives Free Plans & No-Expiry Credits That Never Expire

DeBounce already has credits that never expire. Its own pricing page and help center say so, and at 10,000 credits its published price ($25) is the lowest of the tools in this guide. So the reasons to look at an alternative are different: a recurring free plan (DeBounce gives 100 credits once), a smaller first pack (DeBounce’s smallest is 5,000 credits), catch-all checks that do not cost extra (DeBounce charges 10 credits each), or a finder in the same account.

What DeBounce offers today

All of this comes from DeBounce’s own pricing page and help center unless noted.

  • Pay as you go. No subscription is needed, API access is included, and purchased credits never expire.
  • Free credits: 100 per account, one time. The help center says they do not refill each month.
  • Smallest pack: 5,000 credits, with prices of about $10 to $15 in different reviews . A September 2026 snapshot of vendor pages lists $25 for 10,000, $135 for 100,000 and $750 for 1,000,000 credits. One competitor reports that DeBounce raised its prices by about 50% in 2026, and older reviews list $10 for 5,000, $90 for 100,000 and $500 for 1,000,000. We could not confirm the increase on DeBounce’s own pages. DeBounce says its prices include taxes and fees.
  • Free deduplication, and a Capterra listing says you never pay for unknown results
  • Credits for other actions: see the chart below.

Fact-check: claims about DeBounce on other sites

Pages that compare themselves with DeBounce do not agree with each other. Here is what we could match against DeBounce’s own pages (checked [DATE]).

What the numbers say: at 10,000 credits, none of these tools is cheaper than DeBounce except in the sense of the smaller pack or the free tier. So a switch here is about fit, not price. For larger lists, see ZeroBounce alternatives compared by cost per 1,000 emails.

Catch-all and unknown results: the cost small lists miss

DeBounce checks catch-all domains with a separate validation that costs 10 credits each. An illustration, using the 10,000-credit rate of $2.50 per 1,000 credits :

  • A list of 5,000 addresses costs 5,000 credits to verify, about $12.50.
  • If 30% of the list is on catch-all domains (an assumption; vendor articles say anywhere from about 10% to 40%), that is 1,500 addresses.
  • Running all of them through the catch-all validator costs 15,000 more credits.
  • Total: 20,000 credits, about $50, which is four times the base cost.

The catch-all validator is optional, so you can choose which addresses get it. Other tools handle the same problem differently. MillionVerifier does not charge for risky results. Bouncer and Emailable make unknowns free or refund them. Gamalogic includes catch-all validation in its one-credit price. For how each tool reports catch-all addresses, see NeverBounce alternatives compared on catch-all handling.

How we compared these tools

  • What we compared: free access, smallest pack, price at 10,000 credits, credit expiry and billing for unknown or risky results.
  • Sources: each vendor’s pricing or help pages, a September 2026 snapshot of vendor pricing, and named third-party pages where a vendor page was not available. Where sources disagree, the table says so.
  • Not compared: accuracy. Every accuracy figure in this market is the vendor’s own claim.
  • Bias: Gamalogic is one of the tools. The list is alphabetical, DeBounce is shown as the baseline, and each entry says when to pick DeBounce instead.

The 5 alternatives (in alphabetical order)

1. Bouncer: no minimum pack worth worrying about

  • Free: 100 credits at signup, no card.
  • Smallest pack: 1,000 credits for $8. 10,000 credits cost $60.
  • Credits: never expire. Auto-refill is available.
  • Unknown results: free, and duplicates are free.
  • Catch-all: returned as “risky” with an accept-all flag and a score.
  • Best for: very small or irregular lists.
  • Limits: $6.00 per 1,000 at 10,000 credits, against DeBounce’s $2.50.
  • Pick DeBounce instead if: you will use 5,000 credits or more and price matters most.

2. Emailable: refunds for unknowns, and a developer-friendly API

  • Free: 250 credits at signup, according to several sources .
  • Smallest pack: 5,000 credits. 10,000 credits cost $60. A subscription takes 15% off packs.
  • Credits: never expire.
  • Unknown results: refunded, and duplicates are refunded.
  • Extras: test keys and a documented batch callback .
  • Best for: teams that want a clear refund policy and a well-documented API.
  • Limits: price, and the 5,000 minimum is the same as DeBounce’s.
  • Pick DeBounce instead if: price is the main factor.

3. Gamalogic: small packs, with catch-all included

  • Free: 500 credits for 7 days, no card. See our pricing.
  • Smallest pack: 1,000 credits, listed at $7 pay as you go, or $6 a month, or $5 a month billed annually. 10,000 credits are $30 on our comparison page [CONFIRM: third-party listings show lower figures, and we are reconciling them].
  • Credits: paid credits never expire.
  • Catch-all: validation is included at one credit, with pattern analysis and predictive scoring. Gamalogic also scores domains behind a Secure Email Gateway.
  • Extras: an email finder, an API and integrations.
  • Best for: small lists on corporate domains with many catch-all addresses.
  • Limits: the free credits are a 7-day trial, not a renewing plan. $30 for 10,000 credits is above DeBounce’s $25. Our review base is smaller than the larger vendors’ [CONFIRM current numbers].
  • Pick DeBounce instead if: you want the lowest published price at 10,000 credits, and your list has few catch-all addresses.
  • See also: the Gamalogic vs DeBounce comparison.

4. Hunter: the best renewing free plan, with credits that reset

  • Free: 50 credits a month, forever. The pool is shared with email finding and domain search. A verification costs about 0.5 credit, so at most roughly 100 verifications a month.
  • Paid: Starter is $49 a month ($34 a month billed annually) for 2,000 credits.
  • Credits: monthly credits reset and do not roll over. Annual credits last 12 months, and credit packs expire after 3 months.
  • Cost for verification alone: if you spend all 2,000 Starter credits on verification at 0.5 each, that is 4,000 verifications for $49, or about $12.25 per 1,000. That is roughly five times DeBounce’s $2.50 per 1,000 at 10,000 credits. This is an estimate under the stated assumption.
  • Best for: very light, ongoing verification, plus finding addresses.
  • Limits: not a “credits never expire” option, and subscription-based.
  • Pick DeBounce instead if: you clean lists in bursts rather than every month.

5. MillionVerifier: the lowest price at scale

  • Free: 100 credits, one time. A 2,000-credit trial is $4.90.
  • Smallest regular pack: 10,000 credits for $39. 100,000 credits cost $149.
  • Credits: never expire.
  • Billing: risky results, including catch-all, are not charged, and it refunds if hard bounces exceed 4%.
  • Best for: large lists, and anyone who wants no charge for catch-all.
  • Limits: the 10,000 minimum on regular packs, and no renewing free plan.
  • Pick DeBounce instead if: you need a pack under 10,000 credits and want the lower price at 10,000.

Also worth knowing

Two vendors outside the five publish renewing free plans: QuickEmailVerification (up to 100 addresses a day) and Verifalia (25 a day) [CONFIRM both]. If you only need to clean a few hundred addresses a month, a daily free plan may cover you without paying.

How to switch from DeBounce

  1. Use your remaining credits. DeBounce credits never expire, so there is no rush.
  2. Export your last results, including accept-all and unknown. Per one competitor’s summary, DeBounce bulk files label them “Accept-all” while its API says “Risky”.
  3. Run a sample of 100 addresses through the tool you are considering, using its free credits, and compare the statuses.
  4. Map the statuses before you change any rule in your email tool.
  5. Move your API key and integrations once you are satisfied.
  6. Keep a note of expiry dates on any new credits you buy.

When to stay with DeBounce

  • You verify 5,000 credits or more at a time, and price is your main factor.
  • You want credits that never expire, with no subscription.
  • Your lists have few catch-all addresses, so the 10-credit catch-all check rarely applies.
  • You value free deduplication and an API included at no extra cost.

FAQ

What is the best DeBounce alternative?

It depends on what you need. Bouncer and Gamalogic offer packs from 1,000 credits, MillionVerifier does not charge for risky results, and Hunter has a renewing free plan. None is cheaper than DeBounce at 10,000 credits on published prices.

Do DeBounce credits expire?

No, according to DeBounce’s pricing page and help center. A few competitor pages claim 6 or 12 months, but we could not match that to DeBounce’s own pages. Check the live pricing page before you decide.

Does DeBounce have a free plan?

It gives 100 free credits once per account, and the help center says they do not refill monthly. For a renewing free plan, look at Hunter, QuickEmailVerification or Verifalia.

How much does DeBounce cost?

A September 2026 snapshot lists $25 for 10,000 credits, $135 for 100,000 and $750 for 1,000,000, with a 5,000-credit minimum. Prices include taxes and fees. Confirm on DeBounce’s pricing page.

Does DeBounce charge extra for catch-all checks?

Yes. Catch-all validation costs 10 credits per validation.

Which email verification credits never expire?

DeBounce, Bouncer, Emailable, MillionVerifier and Gamalogic’s paid credits say they do not expire. Hunter’s monthly credits reset, and its credit packs expire after 3 months. Free trial credits can expire, so check each one.

Is pay-as-you-go cheaper than a subscription?

For occasional cleaning, usually yes, because you only buy what you use. For steady monthly volume a subscription can be cheaper. Hunter’s subscription costs about five times DeBounce’s per-1,000 price if you only verify (an estimate, under the assumptions above).

Is a cheaper email verifier less accurate?

Not necessarily. Accuracy figures are the vendors’ own claims, measured on different data. The only figure worth trusting is one you measure on a sample of your own list.

Can I verify emails for free?

Yes. Each vendor gives free credits, and a few have renewing free plans. For a single address, try the Gamalogic free fake email checker. For lists.

What do “accept-all”, “risky” and “unknown” mean?

They describe addresses a verifier cannot confirm, often because the mail server accepts everything. Treat them as higher risk: send in small batches, or suppress them. .

Conclusion

DeBounce is hard to beat on published price from 5,000 credits upward, and its credits never expire. The reasons to choose something else are fit: a pack under 5,000 credits, a renewing free plan, catch-all checks that do not cost extra, or a finder in the same account. Check each vendor’s pricing page, because the figures on comparison sites disagree, then test your top choice on 100 of your own addresses.

Try Gamalogic on a small list: get 500 free credits for 7 days, with credits that never expire once purchased.

Disclosure: Gamalogic publishes this guide and is one of the five tools. To keep it fair, the tools are in alphabetical order, every figure has a named source, we say where DeBounce is the better choice, and we flag claims about DeBounce on other sites that its own pages do not support. See an error? Email info@gamalogic.com and we will correct it.
